Cumulus is seeking an innovative, data-driven Marketing Manager to help drive our continued growth as a leader in Industrial IoT solutions. As a Marketing Manager on our dynamic and growing team, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of marketing: digital, social and paid media as well as participating in trade shows and other events.
Own multi-channel marketing strategy development and execution that raises Cumulus’ company profile and generates quality sales leads that fuel Cumulus’ sales targets/growth
Work with internal and external partners to ensure world-class marketing materials are produced including web content, marketing campaigns, emails, ads, graphics, podcasts, videos, etc.
Track, measure, and report on marketing campaign performance against agreed-upon metrics, identifying and analyzing gaps and actions plans to course-correct as the campaign execution unfolds
·Develop new customer onboarding materials and ongoing customer engagement materials to drive customer success and retention in collaboration with relevant sales and project deployment team members
Support product launches, including working with sales, product management and engineering teams
Support the bid and proposal process by preparing relevant proposal materials in collaboration with the sales team
Represent the company by attending trade shows and visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
Manage marketing agencies/vendors and related budgets
3+ years of practical experience in the marketing field, developing and executing marketing plans, including events, advertising and content creation
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Ability to understand high-tech products and services with the ability to assimilate and articulate that information, tailored to a variety of audiences
Strong business writing skills that you can demonstrate through examples of marketing content (emails, blogs, ads, social media, press releases, white papers, etc.) you created
Proven ability to develop marketing strategies, effectively communicate recommendations to management team and effectively execute upon approved strategies
Strong problem-solving skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
Ability to be creative, strategic, analytical, and think outside the box to solve problems
Strong project management and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in HTML, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other design tools a plus
Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
