The Product Deployment Manager is responsible for deploying Cumulus products and services at customer facilities. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this person will manage all site installation, training, maintenance and test tasks in connection with services delivery and will diagnose technical problems and collaborate with team members to determine proper solutions. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability. Ultimately, the Product Deployment Manager must earn and maintain the trust of our customers, who rely on them to provide timely and accurate service delivery.


·      Provide customer support prior to, during, and after field deployments

·      Undertake all customer support tasks at customer facilities

·      Prepare all equipment for timely shipment to customer sites, including ensuring that everything is configured and tested

·      Manage all on-site installation, training, maintenance and test tasks

·      Train customers to use products effectively

·      Analyze and report product performance, including malfunctions

·      Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution

·      Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)

·      Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved

·      Gather customer feedback and analyze customers’ needs to share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams 

·      Liaise with the sales department to win new business and increase sales

·      Maintain jovial relationships with clients


·      Engineering Degree and experience in a field engineering or similar role

·      Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment

·      English literacy

·      Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules

·      Familiarity with mobile tools and applications

·      Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

·      Multi-tasking abilities

·      Patience when handling tough cases

·      Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 75% of the time
